The method is deliberately a little obsessive: anticipate everything, note everything, like a living reminder. Our clients have neither the time nor the desire to manage details. That's precisely the job.
One single number, no waiting. And a small mobile app to find tickets, vouchers and documents right when you need them: in an airport, in a taxi, at 6 in the morning.
We take over, in Belgium or elsewhere: the paperwork, the concierge service, the assistance and the traveller's protection until the return.

From departure until you're back home. The longer the stay, the lower the daily rate. The price covers the full Tandem support, for everyone.
